Laguna Beach has neutral beach tones with modern "world" design elements. Also in Laguna is a 5600 sf duplex with a clean "beachy" palette. The Scottsdale location is adjacent to Cave Creek and Carefree and sports a throw back authentic Southwest experience on a small "Ranch". Both properties are immaculately maintained and managed for your safety and comfort.
Being near the ocean/water or natural open spaces of Arizona is a life soothing experience. We believe in fresh air, a vacation like environment and walk-ability to the sea or the desert.
We are a husband and wife team with background in running hotels for a large chain for over 35 years. Delivering service, maintaining buildings, focusing on cleanliness and caring for tenants/guests are fundamentals for us. We truly have pride of ownership in each one of our properties and know that previous tenants have greatly valued and enjoyed our oversight model.
Our passion has been to add rental properties to our portfolio that are in places that we would want to live and buildings that we would want to call "home". We look for renters who want to stay for at least 2 weeks and see our properties and our relationship as adding quality to their life.
